Our rental process is simple and straightforward. You can browse our website or contact us directly to check availability for your desired date and location. Once you’ve selected your items, we’ll guide you through the booking process, including payment and delivery details.

Our equipment is designed to accommodate children of various ages, typically ranging from toddlers to young children. We offer different sizes and configurations to ensure safe and enjoyable play for all age groups.

  • Our softplay is suitable for ages 0-5
  • Our large slides are suitable for a maximum weight limit of 120 pounds
  • No limit of age or weight in our larger ball pits

Safety is our top priority. Our ball pits and soft play equipment are constructed with high-quality materials and adhere to strict safety standards. We regularly inspect and maintain our equipment to ensure it meets safety requirements and is in excellent condition for each rental.

We also provide padded areas and padded for the inside of our ball pits

Yes, we provide delivery, setup, and pickup services for your convenience. Our team will deliver the equipment to your specified location, set it up according to your preferences, and return to dismantle and collect everything once your event is over.

Our ball pits and soft play equipment are versatile and can be used both indoors and outdoors, depending on your preference and space availability. However, please ensure that outdoor locations are flat, dry, and suitable for safe play.

We recommend booking your rental as early as possible to secure your desired date and equipment. Popular dates, such as weekends and holidays, tend to book up quickly, so it’s best to reserve in advance to avoid disappointment.

In case of inclement weather, we understand that outdoor events may need to be rescheduled or relocated. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure a successful event.

Unfortunately our equipment can not get wet so if there is any chance of rain all Softplay and ball pits will need to be in a covered area or inside

We take cleanliness and hygiene seriously. Before and after each rental, our team thoroughly cleans and sanitizes all equipment to ensure it’s safe and hygienic for use. We use industry-standard cleaning products and techniques to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Yes, we understand that every event is unique. We offer customizable rental packages to suit your specific needs, preferences, and budget. Whether you need additional equipment, themed decor, or special accommodations, we’re here to help you create the perfect experience for your guests.

We understand that circumstances may change, and plans may need to be adjusted. Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations with a full refund minus the deposit if made at least 2-3 days prior to the scheduled rental date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental date may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us directly for specific details regarding cancellations and refunds. We strive to be flexible and accommodating to ensure a positive experience for our customers.

We are licensed and insured so we are able to set up at parks, however each situation and circumstance is different. We accept park set ups on a case by case basis.

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your rental reservation. The deposit amount may vary depending on the total cost of your rental package and any additional services requested. The deposit is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total rental fee. Upon completion of the rental period and inspection of the equipment, additional charges may be applicable for damages or excessive cleaning.
